Engagement of our services requires a separate written agreement that governs the specific relationship, deliverables, fees, payment terms, and other conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access and materials, and designating a point of contact. Clients are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content they provide and for obtaining any required consents from their own customers for communications, including SMS messaging.

We retain ownership of our methodologies, tools, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property. Upon full payment under a signed agreement, final deliverables specific to the engagement are typically transferred as agreed in that agreement. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights not expressly stated.

You may not use our services or website to engage in unlawful, deceptive, or abusive practices, including sending unsolicited communications without proper consent, misrepresenting identity, or violating applicable laws or third-party rights.

Payment terms, fees, and billing are governed by the separate signed service agreement. No payment terms on this website constitute a binding offer. [Refund and cancellation policies are subject to the signed agreement and require owner/legal review.]

Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms, tools, and service providers. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, performance, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

As part of our services, we may send text messages to you or your customers. Our SMS program includes two categories of messages: transactional messages regarding your inquiry, appointments, and requested services, and, only with your separate express opt-in consent, promotional and marketing messages. Opt-out. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting STOP to any message we send. We will process your opt-out promptly and add you to our suppression list for the relevant message categories. You may text HELP for assistance with our SMS program.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any message and data charges your mobile carrier assesses for messages we send.

Carrier liability. We are not responsible for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages, and we do not guarantee delivery. Wireless carriers may impose limitations on message delivery that are outside our control.

Age restriction. Our SMS program is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By opting in to receive text messages, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

AI-assisted tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs. We do not represent that AI outputs are always correct or suitable for every purpose. Clients are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-assisted content and for human oversight of automated communications where appropriate.

This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services is limited, and we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
